I've put my camcorder to use and made a movie of my apartment. I hope it works. FYI, the guy in the video is Bill, who is from Canada and has been in China for two and a half years.

A Way to Save the World

I've been wondering about your trip and am happy to see you've stuck to your word! You've been blogging! :)
I can totally relate to your experience with the bathroom/shower. For a whole month while visiting in the Philippines, my family who lived there were boil a large amount of water, mix it with cold water from the faucet into a HUGE tub of water. I had to use a small pot to pour water over myself. I showered everyday! I had to, it was so hot! I can only imagine not having the luxury of warm/hot water to shower with. Plus, the bathrooms in the Philippines are equally as small.
You probably haven't had much time to sit around but can you get any american television shows? I would think it would help in the adjustment process.

Hi Audra, I have been thinking about you everyday. I wish we had spent more time together before you left..you seem so far away now...because you are. You are amazing and I just know you are going to gain so much from this experience.
